Procedure
     
1. Registration
Fill out the enrolment form online, or download the form and fax/send us a completed and signed copy.

2. Confirmation
We will email or fax to confirm your place in the program.

3. Deposit payment (RMB1000 per person)
Program deposit is non-refundable. Check deposit payment methods here.

Visa (If you need a letter of invitation)

  • We send you an invitation letter for visa application upon receipt of your payment.

  • You get your visa at a Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

Pickup (If you book our accommodation)

  • Notify us of your arrival details.

  • We send you the pickup details and greet you at the airport/train station, and transport you to your accommodation.

4.At our institute
Pay the remaining of your program fee prior to the start of your program. Take your placement test, and start classes.

Please note the following for enrolment:

Refund Policy

* If cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before the program starts, you will be refunded the full amount less the deposit. The deposit can be used for a course in the following two years.

* If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the program starts, you are required to pay two-week tuition and accommodation fees. This amount of money can be used for a course in the following two years.

* Once a course has been started, no refunds of tuition fees or accommodation fees will be made for the booked and invoiced course duration.

• Insurance fee:RMB168 for a year
• Enrolment is closed one week prior to the start of each program.
