| 3. Deposit payment (RMB1000 per person) |
Program deposit is non-refundable. Check deposit payment methods here.
Visa (If you need a letter of invitation)
- We send you an invitation letter for visa application upon receipt of your payment.
- You get your visa at a Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
Pickup (If you book our accommodation)
- Notify us of your arrival details.
- We send you the pickup details and greet you at the airport/train station, and transport you to your accommodation.

| Pay the remaining of your program fee prior to the start of your program.
Take your placement test, and start classes. |
Please note the following for enrolment:
Refund Policy
* If cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before the program starts, you will be refunded the full amount less the deposit. The deposit can be used for a course in the following two years.
* If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the program starts, you are required to pay two-week tuition and accommodation fees. This amount of money can be used for a course in the following two years.
* Once a course has been started, no refunds of tuition fees or accommodation fees will be made for the booked and invoiced course duration.
• Insurance fee:RMB168 for a year
• Enrolment is closed one week prior to the start of each program.
