We provide apartment for a single person. The price depends on the apartment style.you can share an apartment with our students or our teachers.
All apartments, fully furnished and comfortable, have:
- Bathroom with round-the-clock hot shower
- Furnished kitchen
- Access to Internet at any time
- The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. Bedding sets are provided.
Room A: Double room with separate bath;
Room B，C: Same facilities with different sizes, shared baths. B is bigger than C.

Our accommodation covers Sunday to Saturday: moving in on a Sunday and moving out on a Saturday. |

Booking of a double room in our shared apartments is limited to two persons coming together to our school. |

You shall pay RMB100 Yuan as service charge every four weeks (including Internet, cable TV, apartment cleaning, etc.) |

Free water and 100 free kilowatt-hours of electricity are supplied for each room every four weeks. |

You shall pay the excess of electricity according to the electric meter in your room. |
|
You shall pay four-week rent as deposit (payment of electricity in the shared living-room, kitchen and baths and the excess of electricity in your room; and deposit for the room key. Accounts will be settled every four weeks). Those who will stay for two weeks shall pay two-week rent as deposit. |
